Hai Duong Department of Construction cuts and simplifies 8 administrative procedures

Construction Department staff handle administrative procedures for people at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

The administrative procedures that are simplified are mainly in the fields of construction, planning - architecture, and construction specialized testing. These administrative procedures have had some unnecessary document components reduced.

In 2024 (from December 10, 2023 to December 9, 2024), the Department of Construction received 1,294 dossiers from organizations and individuals, processed 1,260 dossiers (of which 86% of the dossiers were returned before the deadline, the rest were returned on time), is processing 77 dossiers, and 5 dossiers were returned due to not meeting the processing conditions. The above dossiers were all digitized and processed in accordance with regulations.

In 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 2740/QD-UBND dated October 22, 2024 on promulgating the list of administrative procedures and approving the internal process for handling administrative procedures within the scope and management functions of the Department of Construction. Including 26 lists of newly issued administrative procedures, a list of replaced administrative procedures, and 5 lists of abolished procedures.

The entire content of 70 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction is received and results are returned at the Public Administration Service Center and are made public on the Department's electronic information portal.
