To ensure traffic order and safety, traffic police, mobile police, and traffic inspectors have been increased in this area, regulating and diverting traffic from a distance.

Taking the initiative to leave early due to concerns about traffic jams, Mr. Hoang Van Hue (33 years old, from Nam Dinh ) said that the Phap Van - Cau Gie highway was very crowded, vehicles had to move little by little to move. It took him nearly 1 hour to exit the highway to enter Ring Road 3.

In case of congestion at the same time in the above areas, vehicles can move from Van Diem intersection, Dai Xuyen intersection (Phu Xuyen district) to National Highway 6 (Nguyen Trai - Tran Phu - Quang Trung axis) - Ba La intersection, Road 21B - National Highway 38, or move on the left bank of the Red River to the center of Hanoi.
