The resilience of a young business party cell

Although it was only established for more than 3 months, the Party Cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company (Ky Anh Town Party Committee) has been constantly growing and developing, becoming a bright spot in Party building work in the area.

HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company was established in 2017. After more than 6 years of construction and development, the unit now has 128 officers, teachers and employees. At the end of August 2023, thanks to the close participation of the Ky Anh City Party Committee, the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the awareness of business owners, the aspirations of officers and employees in the company, the company's grassroots Party Cell was officially established.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Tran Dinh Trung and leaders of Ky Anh Town presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the Party Cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company on August 26, 2023.

The grassroots Party cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company is under the Ky Anh Town Party Committee, including 19 party members working at the company and 3 affiliated schools: Hoa Sen Kindergarten, Hoa Sen Primary School (Ky Anh Town) and Hoa Sen Kindergarten (Cam Xuyen).

Ms. Tran Thi Thanh - Secretary of the company's Party Cell, Principal of Hoa Sen Kindergarten (Ky Anh Town) said: "Although the number of party members working in the company is large, because there is no Party organization, party members participate in activities at their place of residence. This more or less affects the psychology and enthusiasm of party members at the workplace. Since the Party organization was established, the role of party members has been enhanced. First of all, party members have an organization to participate in activities at the workplace, creating more solidarity and unity; on the other hand, each party member is responsible and constantly strives to be worthy of being a pioneer party member, thereby creating motivation and promoting other workers to join the Party's ranks."

Ky Anh City Party Committee Organizing Committee expert guides the company's Party cell to complete some documents to prepare for Party admission consideration for Party members.

According to Ms. Thanh, in order for the Party cell to operate effectively, the Party Committee has divided the Party cells and assigned specific tasks to each Party member. In addition, the Party cell has well implemented the coordination regulations with the Company's Board of Directors; maintained a disciplined working regime and regularly paid attention to grasping the ideological situation of Party members. Thanks to that, the activities of the Party cell have been deployed synchronously, uniformly and brought about high efficiency.

Mr. Ho Gia Bao - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company shared: “With a Party organization, we have gathered a force of “diamond personnel” for the company. Especially as an enterprise in the field of education, associated with the example of teachers, gathering a force of Party members will help Party members reflect on themselves and improve themselves to be more perfect, more exemplary, not to disappoint the trust of the company and the Party cell. The Party cell issues resolutions based on the common goals of the company, and the company creates conditions for the Party cell to operate and promote its role. After 3 months of operation, the coordination between the Party cell and the company in general, the Party cell executive committee and the Board of Directors are very smooth and effective”.

With the Party organization, the Party Cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company has gathered a force of "diamond personnel" who strive and contribute to the development of the company.

The effective coordination has helped the Party cell do a good job in developing Party members. Currently, through the introduction of the Youth Union and Trade Union, 26 union members in the company have participated in the Party sympathy class and 19 comrades are being considered for Party membership at the end of November this year.

Ms. Tran Thi Thanh - Secretary of the Company's Party Cell said: "According to the roadmap, by June 2023 at the latest, the Party Cell will be upgraded to become a Party Committee. When Party work is given attention, the strength of the Company's Party organization will be multiplied, contributing to the development of the Company."

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee Phan Duy Vinh affirmed: “Although newly established, the Party Cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company has actively consolidated the organization, maintained the activities of the Party Committee and Party Cell, and enhanced the leadership role of the Party Cell in the political and business tasks of the unit and the locality. I believe that the Party Cell will increasingly promote its role as the nucleus directly leading the collective, cadres, Party members, teachers and workers to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and local regulations and rules; contributing to building the Town Party Committee increasingly stronger".
