Strengthening coordination to resolve difficulties and problems for businesses

On the afternoon of December 11, the Department of Planning and Investment and the Provincial Business Association held a conference to sign a cooperation program between the two sides until 2030.

The objective of the program is to strengthen coordination in implementing resolutions, programs, and plans to support enterprises, cooperatives, and business households to improve production and business efficiency and sustainable development; increase the contribution of the private economic sector to the province's GRDP; build a team of entrepreneurs associated with developing corporate culture in Resolution No. 17-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee; encourage and create conditions for business associations and entrepreneurs in the province to participate in developing and implementing plans, mechanisms, policies, programs, and projects for industry development, socio-economic development of the province. Through the coordination program, it contributes to improving and enhancing the provincial competitiveness index PCI and the business development goals of Quang Ninh province.

The cooperation program focuses on the following contents: The two sides strengthen propaganda and dissemination of laws, mechanisms and policies on the province's electronic information portal, component information portals and social networking sites of the Department, on the website of the Provincial Business Association, on the TV program "Enterprises - Quang Ninh Entrepreneurs" of the Provincial Media Center and in documents.

The Department and the Association coordinate to organize conferences to meet and dialogue with businesses; the "Business Coffee" program; conferences to propagate policies and mechanisms of the Central and the province; coordinate to organize training programs to support businesses, cooperatives, and business households in the province.

Director of Department of Planning and Investment and Chairman of Provincial Business Association signed the cooperation program between the two sides.

In particular, the two sides will closely coordinate in receiving, reviewing, synthesizing and resolving proposals, recommendations, difficulties and problems of enterprises according to their authority in writing or directly, ensuring the prescribed time and the most favorable conditions for enterprises in the process of implementing activities. Strive for 80% of arising proposals to be resolved within the quarter; for problems beyond their authority, they will be synthesized and reported to competent authorities according to regulations.

Every six months, the two sides will jointly evaluate the results and propose additional content for the cooperation program to suit the practical situation.
