Coming to Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park), we witnessed the urgent working atmosphere in most production departments. With the motto of "taking workers as the foundation for sustainable development", since the beginning of 2025, the Company has increased the basic salary for workers, currently reaching 5.8 million VND/person/month. In addition, each month, workers also have allowances such as: Diligence, gasoline, accommodation, productivity bonus, new employee bonus...; ensuring the average total income reaches 13 million VND/person. In order to stabilize the labor force, from July 1 this year, the Board of Directors has applied the program "Reward for workers who continue to be with the company". Accordingly, all garment workers working until October 31 will be rewarded 4 million VND; received in the October salary payment period (November 10). The bonus level will be 3 million VND applied to other workers (assistant workers). Ms. Nguyen Thi Thoa, Human Resources Director of the Company said: "This is a special reward, in lieu of thanks from the company's leadership for the tireless efforts, especially the companionship and attachment of workers to the company."

In particular, with the proportion of female employees reaching 70%, the Company always has a priority policy and special support for the best working and resting conditions for female union members who are pregnant or raising young children. From 2018 to now, the Company has effectively maintained the "Mommy room" utility area (room for mothers), not only serving basic needs such as expressing and storing milk but also creating an optimal resting and relaxing space for female employees who are pregnant and raising children under 1 year old.
In addition, during pregnancy, pregnant workers are arranged to work in a separate production area, with work volume and intensity not exceeding 85% of normal; receive special meals twice a week; support medical examinations, provide nutritional supplements as prescribed by the company's doctor and participate in health consultation programs. According to Mr. Lai Hoang Dung, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, recently, the trade union advised on organizing the "Cool Summer Ice Cream" program. During the peak months of June, July, and August, twice a month, each union member and worker is given an ice cream (various brands), helping to cool down and encourage the working spirit of workers during hot summer days.

For example, at GU Vina Limited Liability Company, Viet Tien Industrial Park - specializing in the production of electronic components, in mid-May 2021, the company had to stop production according to regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control. When production resumed in the form of "3 on-site", the company encountered many difficulties. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Director of the Company, said that at that time, there were still many orders but mobilizing workers to work was not easy. However, contrary to predictions, in just one day, the HR department connected with nearly 300 workers (reaching 70% of the stable number of workers before the epidemic) to work at the Company. “The company's management is very touched by the emotional connection of the workers. Despite working overtime from 2.5 to 3 hours/day (double the time compared to before), the workers always work their best, maintaining stable long-term orders, helping the business maintain its reputation with partners, and stand firm in difficult times.”
It is known that the Company currently creates stable jobs for more than 2,200 workers. Including salaries and allowances, the average monthly income of workers reaches 10 million VND/person. Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong, a worker of the Company, shared: "Although the work is hard, we are always highly aware of our responsibilities. Along with ensuring salaries, bonuses, and good treatment, the company's leaders are always close to and listen to the wishes of workers to consider and resolve them."
It is known that after completing the organizational structure, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation manages more than 2,200 grassroots trade unions of enterprises and public service units that do not receive 100% of their salaries from the state budget, with more than 579,500 union members. Of which, there are more than 1,500 grassroots trade unions in industrial parks, with more than 392,000 union members. According to Mr. Thach Van Chung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, in order to stabilize production and develop sustainably, building harmonious labor relations is both a solution and a goal for enterprises. This is also a measure to evaluate a socially responsible enterprise, building prestige and brand with customers. To achieve this, there is no other way than for enterprises to always take good care of their employees, considering them as valuable assets. From 2018 to present, the Provincial Labor Federation has reviewed and honored hundreds of "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" titles.
