Mr. Phan Hung Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, said that the conference is within the framework of the National E-commerce Development Program 2025 (according to Decision No. 4056/QD-BCT dated December 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade) and the E-commerce Development Plan for the period 2021-2025 of the city.
