High-speed boat to Con Dao will operate again

(NLDO) - After a long suspension, the Thang Long high-speed train running on the Vung Tau - Con Dao route will operate again from February 7, 2025.

On December 23, after a long period of suspension, Phu Quoc Express Joint Stock Company has just sent a notice to agents and customers about the resumption schedule of Thang Long high-speed boat.

Thang Long train runs from Vung Tau to Con Dao and vice versa

Specifically, the Thang Long high-speed boat from Vung Tau to Con Dao will resume operation from February 7, 2025, then on February 9 it will turn around to bring passengers back to Vung Tau.

According to schedule, on average in 1 week, Thang Long ship will have 2 trips from Vung Tau to Con Dao, and 2 return trips.

Previously, due to weather effects, the Thang Long ship had to temporarily stop running from September 2024. It is expected that in February 2025, the weather will stabilize and the sea will be calm again, so Phu Quoc Express decided to continue operating the Vung Tau - Con Dao route to serve the people and tourists.

Thang Long high-speed ship has a capacity of more than 1,000 passengers and is the largest passenger ship at sea in Vietnam.
