Tay Ninh applies two land price lists in parallel.

On August 28, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tay Ninh province said that the provincial functional agencies are developing and submitting to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a price list of land types in Tay Ninh province to be applied from January 1, 2026.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tay Ninh province, in order to create favorable conditions for people and businesses as well as the issue of receiving and processing land-related documents, Tay Ninh province is currently applying two parallel price lists for land types (former Long An province land prices and former Tay Ninh province land prices) until the end of 2025.

Along with state-regulated land prices, Tay Ninh is currently leading the satellite areas of Ho Chi Minh City in price growth in both the apartment and townhouse segments.
