Thai Nguyen will simultaneously respond to the activity 'Moving Forward with Vietnam'

Implementing the plan of the Ministry of Public Security and Nhan Dan Newspaper on organizing the activity "Moving Forward with Vietnam", and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police issued a Plan to organize this activity in the province.

Accordingly, the activity “Moving Forward with Vietnam” will be held simultaneously at the provincial and communal levels from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on August 16, 2025 (Saturday). The provincial level will be held at Vo Nguyen Giap Square, with about 5,000 participants; Commune level: The venue and participants will be decided by the locality, with 300-500 participants.

The program content includes: Simultaneously organizing the flag-raising ceremony and singing the National Anthem at 6:00 a.m. according to the time of the National Flag Raising Ceremony at Ba Dinh Square; Launching and calling on the community to make a commitment to reduce net emissions to "0" by 2025 through diverse and vivid forms such as: learning and raising awareness about green lifestyle, registering to take specific actions in daily life, donating to build environmental protection funds and developing renewable energy.

In particular, organizing walking blocks, including: Leaders, delegates and a large number of people - walking together from 6:30 to 7:30, with the goal of spreading the message "One billion steps into the new era - an action symbolizing solidarity and unity towards a green - clean - sustainable future".

This is an activity organized by the Ministry of Public Security in coordination with Nhan Dan Newspaper nationwide, with socialized funding. The activity aims to contribute to arousing and promoting patriotism, solidarity and aspiration for development in the new period; at the same time, spreading confidence, pride and strong will to rise up throughout society; practically celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
