Tuyen Quang City organizes an exam to recruit leadership and management positions under the management of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

In the 2024 recruitment exam, the city will conduct recruitment exams for 4 leadership and management positions including: Principal of Trang Da Primary School; Vice Principal of Phan Thiet Kindergarten; Vice Principal of Hoa Phuong Kindergarten. After assessment, there are 6 qualified candidates participating in the recruitment exam. Each recruitment position has 2 candidates. The exam is organized in 2 rounds: written exam in General Knowledge and project presentation exam (after achieving a written exam score of 50 points or higher).

The exam for leadership and management positions is carried out according to the Provincial People's Committee's pilot project on the exam for leadership and management positions, period 2021 - 2022 and the following years, contributing to innovation and improving the quality of the team of civil servants, public employees and leaders. Thereby meeting the need for fundamental and comprehensive innovation of the team of cadres and leaders with full qualities and capacity to take on important positions in the state apparatus.

As planned, the exam will be completed in December 2024.
