A series of units are linked to organize international foreign language certificate exams.

In the list of units cooperating to organize foreign language proficiency certification exams in Vietnam recently updated by the Department of Quality Management, there are a total of 87 units in Vietnam cooperating with foreign countries to organize international language proficiency certification exams.

In particular, the certificates issued include English (Aptis ESOL, KET, PET, FCE, IELTS, Linguaskill, PEIC, TOEIC...), German (DSD, ÖSD Zertifikat), Korean (TOPIK), Japanese (JLPT, NAT-TEST, TOPJ), Chinese (HSK Examination Score Report), French (DELF - DALF), Chinese (TOCFL).

Associated foreign units include the British Council (UK), Cambridge, IELTS Australia Pty Limited (Australia), the International Testing Institute of the United States, the French International Education Organization, the German General Education Committee Abroad, the Japan International Exchange Foundation, the Asia International Exchange Scholarship Foundation, the Chinese Language Testing International Education Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing)...

It can be seen that, compared to the list announced in February 2023, after more than a year, the number of units associated with organizing the exam has skyrocketed, from 23 units to 87 units with a series of new exam locations.

For example, in English certificate, in 2023 there were only 12 units but now there are 55 units, Chinese last year had 4 but this year there are 10, Japanese increased from 6 units to 14 units.

There is no unit cooperating to organize the Korean language exam in 2023. This year, IIG Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Binh Minh - Education Joint Stock Company have cooperated with the National Institute of International Education of Korea (NIIED) to organize the exam at a series of locations such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Dai Nam University, Thuy Loi University, University of Foreign Languages ​​(Hue University), Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics , Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Da Lat University...

In addition, this year there are also affiliated units to organize French and Chinese language certificate exams while the previous list did not have any units.

According to the leader of the Department of Quality Management (Ministry of Education and Training), from this point on, the list of units that organize foreign language proficiency exams in Vietnam will be updated monthly for those who need to study and take these foreign language certificates to easily follow.
