Rainfall is generally 20-50mm, locally very heavy rain over 100mm. Warning of risk of heavy rain (>80mm/3h).

From Thanh Hoa to Hue, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places.

The Central Highlands and the South will have showers and thunderstorms in some places, with heavy rain in the evening. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

Regarding storm No. 5, the meteorological agency said the storm is moving quickly, at a speed of about 20km/h. The authorities assessed that "there are very few conditions that can weaken the storm, and it can even strengthen when it moves into the Gulf of Tonkin". The reason is that the temperature and humidity conditions are very favorable for a storm to be nurtured.

The storm circulation is particularly wide and will cause rain for a large area across the North to the Central Central region.
