Revoke the certificate of the company whose bodyguards blocked the road for the wedding motorcade

The reason for the revocation is that Security Bodyguard Company Limited has taken advantage of the business's operations to harm security and order, and the competent authority has recommended that the certificate of eligibility for security and order be revoked indefinitely.

The above security company is directed by Mr. Trinh Dinh Khoa (born in 1973, in Quy Loc town, Yen Dinh district).

Previously, the provincial police discovered on social networks a clip circulating recording a scene on Le Loi Avenue ( Thanh Hoa City) where a group of people dressed as bodyguards appeared in the middle of the road to regulate traffic for a wedding procession to pass.

The above behavior caused traffic jams and negative reactions in public opinion.

Immediately after the incident, the police quickly began investigating and verifying, and summoned related subjects for investigation and clarification.

With the collected documents and evidence, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Investigation Agency has initiated a criminal case, prosecuted and temporarily detained 5 subjects, including: Le Kien Quyet (born 1985), Hoang Van Chung (born 1996), Nguyen Dinh Duong (born 1991), Lam Van Thuy (born 1985) and Le Ha Dong (born 1992), all in Thanh Hoa, for the crime of "Disturbing public order".

Continuing to expand the case, the investigation agency determined that Mr. Trinh Dinh Khoa (Director) and Mr. Le Trong Toan (Deputy Director of Security Bodyguard Company Limited) did not have a security professional certificate.

During the process of assigning subjects to participate in wedding security, Security Bodyguard Company Limited was irresponsible in supervision and management, leading to subjects committing illegal acts to the extent of being criminally prosecuted.
