"Superhuman" valedictorian passed 6 famous majors

Quang Anh is one of eight students who scored 28.75 points in the non-specialized 10th grade entrance exam. This is the score of the top students in Hanoi in this year's 10th grade entrance exam. Specifically, he scored 9 points in literature; 9.75 points in math; and 10 points in English.

Regarding the entrance exams to specialized schools, Quang Anh passed a total of 6 times into 3 specialized blocks of 4 famous specialized schools. He passed the chemistry and math majors of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted and the Natural Sciences High School for the Gifted.

Besides, Quang Anh also passed the chemistry major of Hanoi National University of Education High School for the Gifted, and the literature major of Social Sciences and Humanities High School for the Gifted.

Currently, Quang Anh has decided to study at Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, however, he has not decided whether to major in math or chemistry. The reason is because he likes both subjects equally.

For Quang Anh, self-study is very important and is a decisive skill for learning ability. According to Quang Anh, in the process of self-study, each person needs to find the appropriate steps for themselves.

However, there are basic tasks that need to be done well such as self-studying, deepening knowledge; self-collecting, looking up, and systematizing documents and knowledge; self-practicing solving sets of questions and summarizing the lessons learned after the practice process...

Because he studies effectively on his own, Quang Anh does not take extra classes. For him, studying does not create any pressure. Although there are times when he feels worried and thinks about studying, in his opinion, that is not pressure, but a normal part of the learning process.

To overcome difficulties and challenges in studying and life, Quang Anh always listens to himself, frankly faces the problem, specifically identifies the problem he is facing, then makes a plan to improve himself and overcome the challenge. He also always feels comfortable sharing with his family about stories in studying and life.

Studying is as simple as "eating rice and drinking water", taking exams because of passion

Referred to as a "superhero" valedictorian in the recent 10th grade entrance exam, Quang Anh said that studying for him is very simple and natural, like "eating rice and drinking water" every day. He absorbs knowledge naturally, not feeling that studying is too difficult or challenging.

Quang Anh's homeroom teacher also had a similar opinion. Mr. Thieu Quang Tung - the homeroom teacher who has been with Quang Anh since grade 6 - said that Quang Anh is a special boy. He is good at all subjects, but does not study much like a "bookworm".

On the contrary, studying seems to be quite easy, simple, and natural to me. I don't have to work hard or struggle with my studies, but I still always achieve good results. In studying, Quang Anh is very proactive; in relationships with friends, he is sociable, cheerful, and easy-going.

Talking about her son's studies, Ms. Pham Hong Minh - Quang Anh's mother - said that when Quang Anh was young, she helped him form the habit of self-study, helping him not to be afraid of studying and always be comfortable in studying.

She just needs her children to complete their homework and make progress over time, then her parents will be satisfied. After that, the children can play freely, without having to spend too much time studying.

It was this mentality that made Quang Anh feel that studying was easy since he was young. As he grew older, he was able to balance his studies and other activities he wanted to pursue.

For Quang Anh, being good at both natural sciences and social sciences gives him certain advantages. For example, he sees himself as having a coherent and scientific way of thinking. During the learning process, he also feels less pressured and finds studying easier because he has the ability to learn well in all subjects.

During the 10th grade entrance exam, although he participated in many specialized exams, Quang Anh did not feel tired or stressed. Before entering 9th grade, he consciously prepared himself physically and mentally for a school year with many important tasks to complete.

For me, taking the exam is just the final test of a long preparation process. I even take the exam... because of passion, because I feel happy and because of my interest in the subjects I specialize in.

Take a literature exam to give your mother a spiritual gift

In addition to his two favorite natural sciences, math and chemistry, Quang Anh also decided to major in literature as a gift for his mother, a literature teacher. In addition, his literature teacher at school also had high expectations for Quang Anh's literary ability.

I took the literature exam to have more... joy and experience during the transition period. Quang Anh sees the scores and exams as a form of motivation for him to try harder and make more effort in his studies.

Quang Anh's orientation during his high school years is to continue to strive to study well in his major subjects, improve his academic ability, and broaden his personal experiences through participating in extracurricular activities and clubs. He hopes to gain more knowledge, have better balance, and continue to maintain a happy and relaxed state in his studies.

Currently, in daily life, Quang Anh finds joy in listening to music, reading books, playing guitar, swimming... He has no direction for the further future and still needs to understand himself better, to be able to determine his direction after high school.
