Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and related Summits in Laos from October 8 to 11.
On October 3, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, ASEAN Chair 2024 Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead the Vietnamese high-ranking delegation to attend the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and related Summits in Vientiane, Laos, from October 8 to 11, 2024.
