Through following the 20th Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, the voters and I have noticed that through each session there has been innovation in the way of organization and management. Notably, the preparation of content and program of this session is relatively good, effective and of high quality. The chairperson conducts the session flexibly, scientifically and methodically, especially in orienting and guiding the issues and contents brought up for discussion, thereby reaching high consensus.

At the same time, the issuance of resolutions by the People's Council ensures that they are consistent with local realities and highly feasible. With the effective application of information technology at the meeting, reports and submissions were presented in a concise and brief manner so that delegates could spend time discussing and questioning specific issues and pressing issues of concern to voters and public opinion. This contributed to improving the effectiveness and quality of this meeting.

To meet the requirements of the new situation, voters expect the Provincial People's Council to continue to innovate its organizational methods to improve the quality and effectiveness of its meetings. All levels and sectors need to prepare concise, clear, focused, and specific solutions for reports. Promote the role of information and propaganda work, fully and promptly reflect the contents of the meetings to a large number of voters, creating conditions for people to monitor and supervise the activities of local state agencies. Carry out well the discussion, questioning and answering questions in the meetings. Receive people's feedback on the content of the meetings.
