The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province decided to announce that Loc Ha district is eligible to propose and be recognized as meeting new rural standards in 2023, and at the same time, collect opinions on the draft report on the results of examining the dossier and the level of meeting new rural standards.

On behalf of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh has just signed a document announcing that Loc Ha district is eligible to propose consideration and recognition of meeting the New Rural Standards in 2023 and to seek opinions on the draft report on the results of the examination of the dossier and the level of meeting the New Rural Standards.

Pursuant to Decision No. 18/2022/QD-TTg dated August 2, 2022 of the Prime Minister ; considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Loc Ha district in Document No. 362/BC-UBND dated November 22, 2023; the results of the examination and proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Document No. 3533/SNN-PTNT ₁ dated November 29, 2023; the Provincial People's Committee decided to announce Loc Ha district as eligible to propose and consider recognition of meeting the NTM standards in 2023 and receive comments from the people in the province on Loc Ha district being eligible to propose and consider recognition of meeting the NTM standards in 2023.

The time for people to comment is 15 days (from the date the document was first published on the Provincial Radio and Television Station, Ha Tinh Newspaper and the Provincial Electronic Information Portal). Although it is a locality with a very low starting point, after 12 years of implementing the new rural construction and 16 years of establishing the district, the Party Committee, government and people of Loc Ha district have gradually overcome difficulties and achieved quite comprehensive results.

Assign the Provincial Radio and Television Station, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and request Ha Tinh Newspaper to promptly publish the draft Report on the results of document examination and the level of meeting NTM standards in 2023 for Loc Ha district so that organizations, individuals and people can know, exploit, research and participate in contributing opinions.

Request the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and provincial-level socio -political organizations to study and contribute written comments on the draft Report on the results of document examination and the level of meeting the new rural standards in 2023 for Loc Ha district; send it to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Provincial New Rural Coordination Office before December 15, 2023.

Assign the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Provincial New Rural Area Coordination Office to post the draft Report on the results of document examination and the level of new rural standards in 2023 of Loc Ha district on the website nongthonmoihatinh.vn; synthesize comments from agencies, organizations and people; explain, receive, complete documents, advise and report to the Provincial People's Committee before December 19, 2023.
