On July 20, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 07/CD-UBND on supporting and visiting the families of victims in Hanoi in the Green Bay 58 tourist boat capsized in Quang Ninh province.
