Provincial Youth Union launched the movement "Digital Education for the People"

On the morning of April 8, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Secretariat of the Vietnam Youth Union of Thanh Hoa province launched the movement "Digital Education for the People" in 2025 for cadres, union members, and students in the province.

Delegates performed the launching ceremony of the "Popular Education Digital" movement.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Le Van Chau, Provincial Party Committee member, Provincial Youth Union Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union affirmed: The movement "Digital literacy" was launched among union members and youth to promote the role of union members and youth in participating in supporting the improvement of digital capacity, the ability to use digital devices and applications for people.

This is a movement to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; to implement the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation development in implementing the movement "Digital literacy for the masses".

Provincial Youth Union Secretary Le Van Chau hopes that each cadre, union member, and youth will promote youthfulness, pioneering spirit, creativity, and ideas, and directly participate in effectively implementing the "Digital Literacy for All" movement.

Captain Nguyen Quang Minh, an officer of the Internal Political Security Department, Provincial Police, guides on accessing the internet and essential digital skills in a civilized manner, ensuring safety and information security at the most basic level, avoiding digital fraud.

At the launching ceremony, more than 300 cadres, union members and students listened to the reporters of the Provincial Police and Hong Duc University convey the following topics: Instructions on accessing the internet and essential digital skills (using software and social networks) in a civilized manner, ensuring safety and security of information at the most basic level, avoiding digital fraud; equipping youth union members with digital skills to effectively exploit digital services, platforms, digital technology , especially artificial intelligence in study, work and life.

At the program, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union established "Digital Education for the People" teams.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the "Digital Education for the People" teams were tasked with guiding people to use online public services at the Public Administration Service Center; supporting the installation and use of VneID, and safe electronic payments for people and traders at markets in Thanh Hoa City.
