Through the contest, we aim to contribute to preserving and promoting the historical and cultural values of Ninh Binh in the process of national history; arouse pride and love for the homeland, promote emulation to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country in the province.
The contest is open to all Vietnamese citizens nationwide and overseas Vietnamese. Members of the Organizing Committee and the Jury are not allowed to participate.
Authors participating in the Ninh Binh province logo design contest can choose one of the following topics:

Demonstrating the role and position of Ninh Binh province, which is considered a miniature Vietnam with poetic landscapes, many famous and unique relics and scenic spots such as: Non Nuoc Mountain, Tam Chuc Tourist Area, Tam Coc - Bich Dong Tourist Area, Trang An Cave Complex, Van Long Wetland Nature Reserve, Cuc Phuong National Park, Nam Dinh Flagpole, Xuan Thuy National Park, Thinh Long Beach, Bach Long Salt Fields, Vi Xuyen Lake, Ba Lat Gate...
- Free theme:
The logo must represent the unique characteristics of Ninh Binh, associated with the history of formation and development of the province, and recognized by the general public.
According to the regulations of the Contest, the entries must demonstrate unique characteristics, cultural identity, traditional history and socio-economic development of Ninh Binh province. The authors must be legally responsible for their works, ensuring that there are no copyright disputes. If any copyright infringement is discovered after the award has been announced, the Contest Organizing Committee will cancel the classification results and revoke the award for that work, and will not be responsible for any copyright disputes.
The work was selected as the symbol of Ninh Binh province, the copyright of the work belongs to the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province. The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province owns the copyright indefinitely as well as full intellectual property registration rights for the winning work. Ninh Binh province is allowed to use the winning works for information and propaganda work, serving the political, economic, cultural, internal and external affairs tasks of the province. The Organizing Committee will not return the works that do not win prizes to the authors.
Requirements on format and presentation:
The logo has a solemn, harmonious image and layout with high aesthetic and generalization value, is clear, simple, easy to understand, easy to recognize and convenient to use on all materials, can be enlarged or reduced while still ensuring artistic quality.
The artwork must be in graphic form, true to color, on thick, stiff white paper, A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm), the widest sample is 15cm (placed in the middle of the paper), suitable colors (no more than 4 colors). Below the large sample, on the right corner of the paper is a miniature sample (black and white), with the widest sample 3cm.
The number of entries is not limited, an author can create many entries, each entry must have its own code. The front of the entry must not be signed and must not use any symbols. On the back, in the lower right corner, write a 5-character code consisting of letters or numbers chosen by the entrant. Each entry must be accompanied by a brief, concise explanation of the idea, no longer than 300 words.
Contest documents: The Organizing Committee of the Contest only accepts valid entries including:
+ Sample work.
+ Conceptual presentation.
+ A small envelope inside contains the entry form clearly stating the author's full name, address, phone number and the entry code (written on the back of the entry), the outside of the envelope only states the entry code. The Organizing Committee is responsible for assigning a separate code to each entry, keeping it confidential and only opening the envelope after Round 1 is completed to notify the author to edit the entry before soliciting public opinion. All entries are put into a large envelope, clearly stating "Entries for the Ninh Binh Province Logo Design Contest" on the outside.
Authors submitting works to the contest are deemed to accept the Contest Rules.
The award structure includes: 01 First prize: 200,000,000 VND (Two hundred million VND) with a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. 04 consolation prizes: 10,000,000 VND/01 prize (Ten million VND/prize) with a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Time for receiving entries: From October 15, 2025 to October 20, 2025 (for entries sent by post, the date of arrival on the postmark will be used to calculate the submission time).

The jury of the competition consists of a number of provincial leaders, managers and experienced professionals with professional reputation from the Central and the province. The selection and awarding process is as follows:
Round 1: from October 21, 2025 to October 25, 2025: The Jury will select the 5 highest quality logo designs to continue to Round 2. After that, the Organizing Committee of the Contest will notify the authors whose works have entered Round 2 to edit within 05 days (from October 26 to October 30, 2025) and send them back to the Organizing Committee of the Contest before November 5 to post the works on Ninh Binh Newspaper, Radio and Television, and the Provincial Electronic Information Portal to seek public opinions within 05 days (from November 6 to November 11, 2025).
Round 2: from November 12, 2025 to November 15, 2025: 01 First Prize and 04 Consolation Prizes will be selected from the 05 works that passed Round 1. In case no First Prize work is selected, all 5 works that passed Round 1 will be awarded the Consolation Prize of the Contest.
Announce results and award prizes in mid-November 2025.
