Since the beginning of September, after the sand arrived, the contractor has gathered hundreds of engineers, workers, machinery and equipment to speed up the progress.

The contractor is speeding up the construction of bridges and tunnels on the route, speeding up the construction of the roadbed, the section where weak soil is treated by digging to replace soil with cajuput piles, cement-reinforced soil piles and constructing wick drains. |
