In 2023, with the spirit of solidarity and unity of the entire political system and people in the cluster, the Emulation Cluster has made efforts to successfully complete the tasks of socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security. Typical examples include the emulation movements "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "For the poor - leaving no one behind", "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure, practicing thrift and fighting waste"... The emulation movements have contributed to practically achieving achievements towards celebrating major anniversaries of the year, contributing to the successful completion of the province's socio-economic development goals. The conference focused on discussing and clarifying the results achieved, pointing out the shortcomings and limitations in the emulation movement of the cluster, and at the same time agreeing on the directions and tasks in the coming time and signing the emulation covenant in 2024.
During the year, the Emulation Cluster was awarded by the Prime Minister with an Excellent Emulation Flag to the officials and people of Tua Chua district, 2 Emulation Flags to 2 collectives in the cluster, Certificates of Merit to 13 collectives and 13 individuals. The Provincial People's Committee awarded Emulation Flags to 30 collectives, Excellent Labor Collective to 236 collectives, and Certificates of Merit to 81 collectives and 241 individuals with outstanding achievements. On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives with outstanding achievements. In 2024, Muong Nhe district will take over as Head of the Emulation Cluster.
