On the evening of October 23 (local time), in Kazan City, Russian President Vladimir Putin hosted a solemn welcome and reception ceremony for leaders of countries and international organizations attending the BRICS Conference.

The reception was solemnly held by the BRICS 2024 Chair country at the Kazan Expo Convention Center, Kazan City (Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation).
