At the same time, the Cam Pha City Party Committee mobilized, assigned, and appointed comrade Truong Thanh Cong, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, Director of the City Political Center, to hold the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and Director of the City Political Center.

The Secretary of the Cam Pha City Party Committee presented the decision to transfer, assign, and appoint comrade Truong Thanh Cong, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department, Director of the City Political Center, to hold the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department, Director of the City Political Center.
