Awarding ceremony of the Competition on Application of Information Technology in Organizing Association Activities in 2024

On May 7, the Provincial Women's Union (PPU) organized the summary and award ceremony of the Contest "Application of information technology in organizing Union activities" in 2024.

Implementing the 2024 Theme "Promoting the application of information technology in the activities of the Union" of the Central Union, the Provincial Women's Union launched the Contest "Application of information technology in organizing Union activities" in 2024. 100% of the Professional Committees of the Provincial Women's Union, district-level units, and grassroots units have deployed the content of the plan and rules of the contest to cadres, members, and women; propagandized, motivated, and encouraged collectives and individuals to promote their abilities and creativity to have products participating in the Provincial Contest.

As a result, the Provincial Competition Organizing Committee received 19 valid entries, including 12 collective entries and 7 individual entries. The entries focused on information technology application solutions to build propaganda products, improve and enhance the quality of grassroots association activities and branch activities. The forms of expression were diverse based on the application of Canva, PowerPoint, Quizizzi, Capcut software...

Through the preliminary round, the Jury selected 10 products to post for voting on the Provincial Women's Union's fanpage. Based on the voting scores on the fanpage and the direct scoring scores of the contest products, the Jury unanimously awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 2 Third Prizes and 5 Encouragement Prizes to the author groups and authors; at the same time, selected 5 high-quality products (First, Second, Third Prizes) to send to the Central-level contest.
