On the morning of October 1, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Ngo Van Trong; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam attended the 3rd "Learning Never Ends" Scholarship Award Ceremony in 2025. The program was organized by the Quang Ngai Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education to honor outstanding individuals in the lifelong learning movement.

This is also an activity in response to Vietnam Education Promotion Day October 2; the National Movement to compete in building a learning society, promoting lifelong learning in the period 2023-2030 launched by the Prime Minister and Lifelong Learning Response Week in 2025.

This is the third year that the Quang Ngai Province Association for Promotion of Education has organized the scholarship program "Learning Never Ends". Continuing the meaningful journey to implement President Ho Chi Minh 's profound thoughts on the spirit of lifelong learning. Learning is not only for the young but is the responsibility and aspiration of all ages and all professions. Among the 108 typical examples honored this time, the oldest is 72 years old and the youngest is 25 years old. From civil servants, public employees, teachers, lecturers, engineers, doctors, workers to farmers, they all share the same point of view, nurturing the will to constantly learn, to rise up with knowledge to master life, improve work efficiency and contribute to society. This year's program is expanded to border communes, remote and isolated areas in the West of Quang Ngai. The main goal of the program is to spread the spirit of lifelong learning to all classes of people. In the context of digital transformation and rapid technology development, if you do not proactively learn and update new knowledge and new skills, it will be difficult to meet job requirements.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam affirmed that developing high-quality human resources is a key task to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. He requested the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education to continue to promote its core role, closely coordinate with units and localities to spread the spirit of lifelong learning, making the learning movement a cultural feature in the community. Departments, branches and grassroots authorities effectively direct the work of promoting learning; soon complete the organization of the Association for Promotion of Education at the grassroots level according to Project 35 of the Provincial Party Committee, ensuring streamlining and efficiency. He hoped that the honored individuals would continue to spread the spirit of learning, become ambassadors for promoting learning in the community, creating a strong driving force to build Quang Ngai to develop civilized, prosperous and beautiful.
