The workshop was attended by more than 400 delegates, including leaders of innovative enterprises, business incubators in Da Nang city, lecturers and students.
Management agencies, training institutions and the business community exchange, share experiences and propose solutions to link human resource training activities with the practical needs of the labor market. At the same time, promote scientific research and innovation associated with production and business activities, expanding opportunities for tripartite cooperation in an effective, practical and sustainable manner.
The focus of the workshop was on thematic presentations from experts, managers and business representatives, providing multi-dimensional perspectives and practical solutions for the development of the startup ecosystem - innovation in the context of the digital age and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Pham Nguyen Hong Ngu, Vice Rector of Quang Nam University, said that in the context of rapid integration and development, the connection between state management, school training and practical needs of enterprises is becoming increasingly important and urgent.
If the State plays the role of guiding and building policy mechanisms; enterprises are the place to realize creative ideas into economic value; then schools are the cradle of human resource training, the place to nurture knowledge and entrepreneurial aspirations for the young generation.
According to Dr. Pham Nguyen Hong Ngu, the workshop is an opportunity for Quang Nam University to affirm its role as a bridge, so that knowledge in the classroom does not stop at research but is transformed into practical solutions serving life and production.
At the workshop, students have the opportunity to learn, meet and be inspired by leaders and pioneering innovative businesses, thereby nurturing their entrepreneurial aspirations, fostering the spirit of daring to think, daring to do and daring to create. Through this, students can visualize their future path more clearly, preparing a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Toan, Director of the Danang Center for Supporting Innovative Startups, believes that through this event, many creative ideas will be inspired, many cooperative relationships will be formed, and more importantly, the sustainable connection between the "3 houses" will become increasingly closer. From there, projects will be supported, cooperative models will be born and creative products will be commercialized and spread into life.
Within the framework of the workshop, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Quang Nam University and the Danang Center for Supporting Innovation and Startups, marking the first step in coordinating the implementation of training, fostering and developing startup and innovation programs for students, lecturers and the young startup community in the Central region.
