Posthumously awarding the title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother" to two mothers in Nong Son

Authorized by the President , the leaders of Nong Son district announced the decision and awarded the State honorary title “Heroic Vietnamese Mother” to the relatives of mother Do Thi Dien and mother Nguyen Thi Ngai. Mother Ngai has 2 sons who are martyrs; mother Dien has 1 daughter who is a martyr.

Up to now, Nong Son district has 147 mothers who have been awarded or posthumously awarded the honorary title of "Heroic Vietnamese Mother" by the State, of which 3 mothers are still alive and are being cared for by units for life.
