Not long before, singer Tung Duong and musician Nguyen Van Chung had the first collaboration in the MV "Vietnam - Proudly following the future". After only 5 days of release, the product reached 2 million views on YouTube, 7 million listens and audio usage on social networking and digital music platforms as well as topping many domestic music charts.

The MV “Continuing the Peace Story” is considered a “strange” product of singer Tung Duong and musician Nguyen Van Chung. This is also the MV that the male singer has invested a lot of time in filming a complete cover of a song with a vivid plot, content, characters and scenery.

Musician Nguyen Van Chung said, "Continuing the story of peace" was composed by him 2 years ago and the first person to perform it was singer Duyen Quynh but there has not been a spectacular breakthrough.

The act of sending this work to Tung Duong to perform also came from the wish of singer Duyen Quynh herself. She was on tour in Osaka (Japan) at a music festival and met Tung Duong. The female singer expressed her wish that the senior would cover the song “Continuing the story of peace” and was agreed by musician Nguyen Van Chung.

As soon as Tung Duong first performed this composition in front of 50,000 spectators at My Dinh Stadium in National Concert "Homeland in the heart", the song has made a special impression.

Divo Tung Duong said that the song "Continuing the story of peace" touched his heart and made him very emotional every time he sang it.

“I made the MV out of my deep love for my homeland. My crew and I recorded very cinematic and simple footage with slices of life, of the human fates who bravely fought, sacrificed themselves, and became living symbols that greatly inspired the love of the country to all future generations.

Tung Duong sympathizes with Nguyen Van Chung's composition because both are of the same generation, born and raised in peace, clearly understanding the value of peace. Both Chung and I hope the MV can move and reach young people" - Tung Duong shared.

Taking charge of the visual part for Tung Duong's MV "Continuing the story of peace" is young director Nguyen Viet Dung - who is trusted by the male singer and is considered to have good cinematography expertise, having made the success of Tung Duong and the Oplus group's MV "Colorful Vietnam" released in 2024.

The MV “Continue the story of peace” features actress Lan Thy - “muse” Bich Diem in the movie “You and Trinh”.
