In the exciting atmosphere of competition towards the Party Congresses at all levels, propaganda work has been promoted by the Youth Union at all levels in many diverse, creative and effective forms through branch activities, volunteer activities, seminars, forums and synchronously on mass media and social networks in a lively and accessible manner. The Provincial People's Committee delegation organized a discussion "Party with Youth - Youth with the Party" with the theme "Mission of Youth in the Digital Age".

Cultural, artistic and sports activities were organized enthusiastically, creating a widespread influence, arousing the spirit of excitement and solidarity among the people and youth towards the Party Congress. In particular, on September 14, the Provincial Youth Union organized the festival "Quang Ninh Youth - Pride and Progress" as a practical activity of Quang Ninh youth to welcome the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress.

At the festival, a series of exciting activities took place, attracting 1,500 union members and young people to participate, such as: Launching the project " Quang Ninh Digital Map - Cultural Colors"; launching the project to restore 1,000 portraits of martyrs to give to families of people with revolutionary contributions in the province; dance performance "Party Words - Calling the Heart" ; Colorful Festival "I Love the Fatherland"; discussion "Stories of the Fire and War" to meet, exchange, and review historical traditions between people with meritorious services, historical witnesses and the young generation; festival of young propaganda teams; awarding scholarships and gifts to students and children in difficult circumstances; art program "Quang Ninh Youth - Pride and Progress".

In addition, the Youth Union at all levels has seriously and actively organized to collect opinions from Youth Union officials and young union members to contribute to the draft documents of the Party Congress at all levels, term 2025-2030. These days, throughout the Youth Union, the emulation atmosphere to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels is taking place vigorously. From here, the Youth Union and Association at all levels have promoted the organization of practical tasks in many fields: Socio-economic development, caring for people's lives, urban beautification, promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. This is not only a broad political activity with strong influence among the youth of the whole province, but also an opportunity for the Youth Union to affirm its responsibility and aspiration to contribute to building Quang Ninh to become more and more prosperous, civilized and modern.

With a spirit of urgency and enthusiasm, many specific projects and tasks have been and are being implemented throughout the Union in association with revolutionary action movements and volunteering for the community with a total budget of tens of billions of VND. Since the beginning of the year, the Union has built 18 playgrounds, sports grounds, and swimming pools for young people and children; presented nearly 20,000 gifts to people and children in difficult circumstances, and families with revolutionary contributions; Youth Union members have donated over 6,000 units of blood; organized 58 medical examination and free medicine programs for people in remote areas; maintained regular environmental cleaning activities...

The Provincial People's Committee Youth Union presented 01 computer classroom and 300 gifts to students in difficult circumstances with a total value of 170 million VND at the "Quang Ninh Youth - Pride and Progress" Festival.

As part of a series of emulation activities to achieve achievements in welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels, the work of supporting the operation of the two-level local government model was promptly implemented by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, closely following the practical situation and requirements of the province's new political tasks. The Provincial Youth Union launched "90 peak days of propaganda, support, and guidance for people to resolve administrative procedures in the process of implementing two-level local government in the province". Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have established and effectively maintained 55 permanent youth volunteer teams with more than 4,280 youth union members participating in direct support at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and in communes, wards, and special zones, supporting over 16,540 people in using online public services at levels 3 and 4. At the same time, 54 "Digital Education for the People" teams were launched with the participation of 2,120 youth union members; Organized 315 "Digital Literacy" classes and 410 activities to popularize digital skills.

Notably, the Provincial Youth Union deployed a series of projects with signs to welcome the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress, including the construction and repair of 10 "Charity Houses" for households in difficult circumstances, with a total value of nearly 800 million VND; 10 "Spaces for reading, interaction and Team activities" with a total value of 300 million VND.

The specific works and tasks to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels not only convey feelings and responsibilities but also demonstrate the expectations and steadfast belief of the youth of the whole province in a new term - a term of strong innovation, development and modernity of Quang Ninh, firmly stepping with the whole country into a new era.
