Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigns online application targets for the entire process in 2025

Recently, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has decided to assign the target of full-process online records to departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province in 2025 with a minimum of 70% of full-process online records out of the total number of records of administrative procedures (TTHC) implemented in the province. This decision replaces Decision No. 871, dated April 3, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on assigning the target of full-process online records to departments, branches and localities in 2025.

The determination of the rate of online records throughout the process will be based on each case. Specifically, for administrative procedures announced to be performed online throughout the process in 2024 and continue to be announced to be performed online throughout the process in 2025, the rate of online records throughout the process will be calculated from December 15, 2024 to December 14, 2025. For administrative procedures announced to be performed online throughout the process in 2024 and no longer announced to be performed in 2025, this rate will be calculated from December 15, 2024 to the effective date of the decision to announce the list of online public services throughout the process. For administrative procedures announced to be performed online throughout the process for the first time in 2025, this rate will be calculated after 5 days, from the effective date of the announcement decision to December 14, 2025.

The Department of Science and Technology is the unit that presides over, coordinates in guiding and organizing the implementation of the decision; monitors, synthesizes, and compiles data to serve the assessment and ranking of the level of digital transformation and the assessment and ranking of the results of administrative procedure reform of departments and equivalent agencies, and commune-level People's Committees in the province. The Provincial People's Committee Office presides over and coordinates with the Department of Science and Technology to deploy technical infrastructure solutions to ensure the stable operation of the province's administrative procedure settlement information system.
