Over the past 5 years, the Department of Home Affairs has made efforts to carry out emulation movements associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, thereby encouraging and motivating civil servants and public employees to excellently complete their professional tasks. The Department has proactively advised the Provincial People's Committee to deploy many major emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister; advised on implementing policies to attract, train and foster human resources, support the construction and repair of houses for people with meritorious services, relatives of martyrs, invest in infrastructure, equipment, build a labor database. In the period of 2025 - 2030, the Home Affairs sector continues to organize emulation movements to carry out the socio -economic development tasks of the province, the working tasks of the sector, localities, agencies and units. In particular, emulation will improve the quality of consulting on the organization of the apparatus, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and government building work; building clean and strong Party organizations and unions; promoting administrative reform and digital transformation, striving to maintain administrative reform indexes and satisfaction index of people and organizations with the administrative services of the province in the top 10 provinces in the country. At the same time, promoting the building, propaganda and replication of typical advanced examples; well implementing the plan to organize congresses and patriotic emulation conferences at all levels, towards the Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress in the period of 2025 - 2030; building and launching the implementation of thematic emulation movements...
