Application of IT in state management of construction order

Mr. Vu Chi Kien, Vice Chairman of Binh Tan District People's Committee, said that from the beginning of 2021 to mid-June 2024, the District People's Committee issued decisions to handle violations of construction order in 98 cases (including 55 cases of illegal construction, 43 cases of illegal construction); up to now, 76 cases have been resolved, the district is continuing to handle 22 cases.

Speaking at the concluding session of the supervision session, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Pham Thanh Kien assessed that the management of construction order in Binh Tan district from 2019 to present has had many positive changes. The Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council requested Binh Tan district to always consider this a key task in the coming time, focusing on the application of information technology to achieve higher efficiency in state management of construction order; requested the district to monitor and support people and investors to speed up the removal of illegal construction works, especially works related to fire prevention and fighting. At the same time, requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Planning and Investment, Construction... to urgently advise the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to remove the remaining problems and limitations to speed up the handling of construction works violating construction order in Binh Tan district.
