The Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (investor) is required to direct construction units to concentrate human resources, machinery, equipment, and supplement construction teams; actively and proactively deploy work with the spirit of working through holidays and Tet; only work, no back-talk... to strive to open the entire route to traffic on April 30, 2026.

Regarding the issue of lack of materials, the City People's Committee requested the investor and related parties to continue to closely monitor and resolve. Items such as the bridge and underpass sections are not affected by the lack of sand filling materials, and need to focus on construction to create high output, contributing to speeding up the project's disbursement progress.

In the compensation for site clearance, Mr. Cuong reminded Thu Duc City and Binh Chanh District for the fifth time about the delay in handing over 100% of the clean site to the investor. He requested the chairmen of these two localities to handle the matter thoroughly and not allow further delays.
