VietinBank - Best SME Bank in Vietnam for 5 consecutive years
According to The Asian Banker, VietinBank has provided SMEs with comprehensive financial solutions and optimal experiences; thereby affirming VietinBank's leading position in this segment. VietinBank has had initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for new customers, constantly expanding and improving products and services (SPDV) to meet the needs of not only start-ups and micro-enterprises; but also other developing enterprises.

2024 witnessed the launch of many breakthrough products and services developed by VietinBank for corporate customers in general, and SME corporate customers in particular. For example, the Online Disbursement and Online Guarantee products on VietinBank eFAST have helped businesses disburse and issue guarantees 100% online, saving time, printing costs and making transactions anytime, anywhere. VietinBank has built 30 guarantee subscription packages with unlimited number of guarantee issuances within the subscription package limit, helping businesses save time and costs when using the service. The Bank also launched the Green Deposit product to connect businesses with the same goal of sustainable development, creating green capital for projects that benefit the environment, society and community.
In addition, accompanying customers to reduce costs to focus on production and business activities, VietinBank has implemented many incentive programs for SMEs such as: Golden Day program for international payments with up to 100% exemption of foreign currency transfer fees; SME Trade UP program for import-export enterprises with preferential exchange rates and trade finance fees... At the same time, VietinBank also adjusted and reduced lending interest rates many times according to the direction and orientation of the State Bank of Vietnam to support enterprises, including SMEs, to restore production and business.
VietinBank iConnect DX - Vietnam's most innovative API and open banking initiative
VietinBank iConnect DX is an initiative deployed by VietinBank to optimize the open banking platform VietinBank iConnect with a diverse digital product portfolio and a flexible implementation team. The number of customers using services and transactions has grown dramatically after the implementation of the initiative. To date, over 300 APIs have been deployed with the participation of more than 400 partners, serving nearly 20 million customers with a variety of newly deployed SPDV.

The VietinBank iConnect DX initiative has helped simplify system connection for school and hospital customer groups with the introduction of new products and services such as identity accounts, smartPOS, smartKiosk, etc.; supported the construction of comprehensive cash flow management solutions for merchant groups; developed new generation ERP connection solutions for large enterprises and FDI enterprises. Since then, VietinBank iConnect DX has helped enterprises reduce costs, significantly save implementation time and contribute to the overall growth of the enterprise. At the same time, it demonstrates VietinBank's continuous efforts to improve and develop the API platform and open banking to provide increasingly diverse solutions, modern and multi-utility products and services, as well as optimize customer experience.
