At the launching ceremony, Chairman of Dray Bhang Commune People's Committee Le Phuoc Toan requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to coordinate with the Youth Union and socio-political organizations of the commune to develop specific programs and plans for implementation; at the same time, requested specialized departments, agencies, units, self-management boards of villages, hamlets, and schools according to their functions and tasks to strictly implement the provisions of the law on environmental protection, propagate and guide cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, people and students in the commune to join hands and contribute to the movement to build a "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful" environment.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune proposed to organize activities to clear bushes, plant trees, clean up in and around the communal house of the village, hamlet to create a green environment and clean, airy landscape; build the habit of throwing garbage in the right place, not littering, maintain public hygiene, create a clean, tidy living, working and studying environment, use electricity and water economically; organize planting of trees, shade trees, ornamental plants along the road, around the house, in public places; launch the movement "Each household has a green fence", "Each village has a flower road"; maintain regular weekly general cleaning in residential areas, offices, schools, public places; eliminate black spots of waste, spontaneous landfills...
