On September 30, the People's Committee of Hoa Tri commune held a conference to deploy the Plan to build a "drug-free commune" and the Plan to step up screening, detecting and handling drug addicts and illegal drug users.

The conference passed Resolution No. 06/2025 of the Hoa Tri Commune Party Committee on building a "drug-free commune" with key groups of solutions such as: Strengthening leadership, direction, guidance, inspection, supervision, and evaluation of drug prevention, control, and combat work; innovating and improving the effectiveness of propaganda, dissemination, and education on drug prevention and control laws; organizing a general review of drug addicts and illegal drug users; comprehensively and synchronously implementing measures to grasp the drug crime situation... At the same time, perfecting and improving the capacity of organization, staffing, investment resources, and financial support for drug prevention, control, and combat work; strengthening coordination, especially with neighboring areas in the fight against, combat, and combat of drugs; focusing on fighting and preventing drug transportation through inter-village and inter-commune routes; Strengthen the exchange and sharing of information on drug crimes, capture wanted drug criminals, seek financial, scientific, technical, technological support, training, and capacity building for drug prevention and control forces.
