The house was constructed according to the design of a level 4 house with a total area of 36 m2 and a total construction value of 100 million VND (including materials and construction), completed within 30 days.

In addition to Mr. Tich's family, the Green Seed Charity Club will also build houses for 5 other disadvantaged households in Vu Bon commune, with the construction starting and implementation from now until the end of October 2025.
It is known that in Vu Bon commune, 58 poor and near-poor households have had their houses repaired; 48 poor and near-poor households have had their houses newly built under the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. Up to now, the Commune People's Committee has completed the repair of temporary and dilapidated houses. The Commune Police force has completed and handed over 31 newly built houses; 17 houses are under construction, striving to be completed before August 15.
