Building a strong grassroots Party in the new situation

(GLO)- Building and consolidating a strong Party organization associated with improving the quality of Party members has always been identified as a key task, creating a foundation for successfully implementing socio-economic development goals and maintaining national defense and security in the locality.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, Party committees and grassroots party organizations in the province are focusing on implementing many synchronous solutions to improve leadership capacity and fighting strength to meet requirements in the new situation.

Practice has proven: "A strong Party is due to strong Party cells, and strong Party cells are due to exemplary and enthusiastic Party members." The pioneering and exemplary spirit of Party members is the key factor creating solidarity within the Party and consolidating people's trust.

Pioneering party members, strong party cells

Mr. Ngo Duc Phuong - Party cell member and Head of Village 7, Bien Ho Commune - shared: In the context of strong digital transformation, party members must constantly update their knowledge and effectively use social networks to serve their work.

The Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term sets out 19 main targets, so with the responsibility of a Party member, I always proactively follow reality and give timely advice to quickly put the resolution into practice.

Sharing the same view, Ms. Dao Thi Ninh - Chief of Office of the Party Committee of Gao Commune - affirmed: The most important thing is to maintain a strong ideology and promote the spirit of serving the people. As a cadre and party member, I always strive to fulfill my duties, regularly update new party documents and apply digital technology in my daily work.

To put the resolution into practice soon, all Party cells have developed specific plans, linked to the responsibilities and tasks of each Party member.

The Krong village Party cell (Ia Mo commune) with 16 party members, despite difficulties in creating resources, still sets a goal of striving to recruit 2-3 party members in the 2025-2027 period, focusing especially on young people.

“Party members must take the lead in propaganda work, mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, while actively guiding people to change crops and effectively exploit the Ia Mo irrigation project to develop the economy and improve their lives,” emphasized Party cell secretary and village head Ksor Thang.

Innovate leadership methods, improve fighting capacity

Based on the resolution of the first Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the Party Committees of communes, wards and units focused on perfecting the organization, clearly assigning people and tasks, focusing on training revolutionary ethics, political and ideological education for cadres and Party members. Inspection and supervision work was strengthened, promptly correcting limitations, promoting democracy and solidarity, thereby enhancing the fighting capacity of the Party organization.

In Bien Ho Commune Party Committee, with 61 grassroots party organizations and 1,189 party members, party building work is identified as one of the breakthroughs. Nay Kien, Party Secretary of the commune, emphasized: “The important goal is to maintain close relationships with the people, promptly grasp and resolve problems arising at the grassroots level.

The Commune Party Committee has directed Party cells to innovate the content and methods of activities, concretizing the resolution with practical actions according to the motto "6 clear": clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear time, clear efficiency, clear inspection and supervision.

In Phu Thien commune, the whole commune has 69 party organizations, 100% of residential area party cells have party committees; 97.3% of village and hamlet chiefs are party members; 81.1% of party cell secretaries are also village and hamlet chiefs.

Party Secretary Vu Hong Duy said: In addition to training and recruiting Party members who are ethnic minorities and women, the Party Committee also strengthens inspection and supervision in sensitive areas, where violations are likely to arise, to promptly prevent, correct, and avoid mistakes. At the same time, the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement has been strongly promoted, many practical models have been replicated, contributing to strengthening people's trust in the Party.

The Party Committee of Gao commune also upholds the principle of democratic centralism, considering it the foundation for improving the quality of Party cell activities and leadership capacity. Along with developing new Party members, the Party Committee focuses on consolidating grassroots organizations, linking the responsibility of each Party member with the results of Party building. The work of inspection, supervision and evaluation of Party members is carried out seriously and objectively, contributing to maintaining discipline and order.

With high political determination, exemplary role of Party members, and synchronous solutions, Party building work at the grassroots level is being significantly improved. When the grassroots Party organization is truly clean and strong, it will create a foundation for leading socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, and consolidating people's trust in the Party.

In the new situation, improving the quality of Party building work at the grassroots level is the "key" to opening up comprehensive and sustainable development for each locality.
