Enterprises accompany the Government

As one of the units honored as “Best International Tourism Operator in Vietnam 2025” and always steadfast in the goal of luxury, sustainability and pioneering ESG, enhancing heritage and happy tourism, Chairman of Lux Group, CEO Pham Ha shared at the award ceremony: “From the beginning, we have been steadfast in a different path: defining 'luxury Vietnam' as personalization, linking local culture with sustainable development. Today's success comes from the 5G strategy: greener, more global, more digital, more proud and happier; along with strategic discipline, investment in people and a culture of service.”

“For us, this award is not a destination, but an affirmation that luxury must come with responsibility, growth must go hand in hand with the sustainability of heritage,” CEO Pham Ha emphasized.

To operate and lead the business to develop strongly, pioneeringly and sustainably in the context of digital transformation and green transformation, CEO Pham Ha said that he always relies on the "three balances" mindset: customers-people-technology; speed-quality-safety; short-term-long-term-heritage.

For this company, digital transformation is 'data serving emotions' - technology supports but people still decide the experience. Green transformation is a system discipline: from supply chain to product design and co-creation with the community. Along with that is scenario-based risk management, value-led leadership and the belief that the best growth is growth that is loved by customers, engaged by employees and welcomed by destinations.
