Fines and destruction of many cosmetics, perfumes, and cleaning solutions that violate regulations

Accordingly, the Inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health fined SCIENCE & BEAUTY Company Limited (Pham Thai Buong Street, Phu My Hung Urban Area, Tan Phong Ward, District 7) 12.5 million VND. This company violated the law by producing, importing, storing and trading cosmetic products with labels or accompanying documents that did not fully or incorrectly state the required information on the product label as prescribed by law.

In addition to the fine, the company's Post Care Sun Block sunscreen and Water-Max Hydrating Cream products were also recalled and required to be properly labeled before they can be circulated again.

A cosmetics manufacturing facility that violated the law was discovered and handled by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Inspectorate.

Similarly, for the same violation, Pharmaceutical and Medical Biological Joint Stock Company (Ngo Thoi Nhiem Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3) was also fined 27.5 million VND.

The company's products, including Kissmi-n acne prevention cream, Coop Select feminine hygiene solution, and Saforin sulfate feminine hygiene solution, were also recalled.

The list of fines also includes Viet Anh Development Import Export Company Limited (Road 56, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City) which was fined 80 million VND. This company violated the law by selling cosmetics (Dorall perfumes) with formulas that did not match the product's declaration.

At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Inspectorate recalled and destroyed all Dorall Collection Ultimate Desire, Dorall Collection Isle of Love, and Dorall DC 4U Exclusive Men perfume and cosmetic products.

In addition, SCI-DEM PROFESSIONALS Co., Ltd. (Mai Thi Luu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1) was fined 70 million VND because the documents in the dossier announcing the standards applied to medical devices of types A and B did not ensure the legality according to the provisions of law. With similar violations, Vinhoa ​​Co., Ltd. (Nguyen Thi Xinh Street, Thoi An Ward, District 12) and AIC Medical Aesthetics Co., Ltd. (Nguyen Khuyen Street, Ward 12, Binh Thanh District) were also fined 70 million VND.

An Khang Pharmacy 125 (KP.5, Binh Hung Hoa B Ward, Binh Tan District) was fined 15 million VND for storing drugs not in accordance with the conditions stated on the drug label.
