Due to the influence of storm No. 10, the water level of Hien River and Bang River rose, causing flooding in many houses in Hop Giang 1 and 2 residential groups, Thuc Phan Ward. According to the reporter's records, the water level of Bang Giang River at 10 p.m. on September 29 was at an alarming level. In the Cau Ngam area, belonging to Hop Giang 4 residential group, Thuc Phan ward, heavy rain caused the water to rise near the bridge surface, some houses near the bridge were flooded and many vegetable areas planted by people on both sides of the river were also flooded.

On the night of September 29, the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue of the wards:   Thuc Phan, Nung Tri Cao, Tan Giang and communes in the province   mobilized "4 on-site" forces to promptly help people evacuate and move property to safety.   At the same time, mobilize forces to regulate traffic and block off deeply flooded areas to ensure safety for households.
