The highlight of the program is on the morning of August 16, from 6:00 to 7:30, participants will wear red shirts with yellow stars, head to Ba Dinh Square to watch the national flag raising ceremony, sing the national anthem and march together for a united, strong and sustainable Vietnam.

Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Le Quoc Minh, Head of the Program Steering Committee, emphasized: "The coordination between Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Ministry of Public Security has created an unprecedented activity, for a healthy Vietnam and a green Vietnam, which has been widely supported and actively responded to by all levels, sectors and people."
In addition to the sporting significance, the program also incorporates legal propaganda, crime prevention, traffic safety, drowning prevention, drugs and electronic cigarettes… through the grassroots police force. This is an opportunity for the movement “All people protect national security” to be promoted, more closely connected with community life.
According to the organizers, each recognized step will become a “green step”, a small but meaningful action, contributing to environmental protection. The program is expected to leave its mark as a milestone for the spirit of solidarity and the aspiration to rise of the nation in the new era.
