10/17 land lots won the third auction of land use rights

This morning, March 30, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center in coordination with the Central Auction Joint Stock Company continued to organize the third session of the month to auction land use rights (LUR) for 17 land lots in Dong Ha City.

In this round, there are 8 land lots in the North Hieu River Urban Area, 7 land lots on Tran Binh Trong Street, 1 land lot on Tran Hung Dao Street (Fidel Park section) and 1 land lot on Dai Co Viet Street (section adjacent to Le Loi Street) to be auctioned with 73 participating applications, of which 63 are valid. The highest land lot has a starting price of more than 3.1 billion VND and the lowest has a starting price of nearly 800 million VND.

The results of the vote counting at the auction session showed that 10/17 lots won the auction with a total amount of more than 14.8 billion VND, the rate of exceeding the starting price was nearly 25%. There were 4 lots with no participants, and 3 lots with only 1 participant.

According to the 2024 plan, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center was assigned to collect 295 billion VND from land use rights auctions. After the third round of land use rights auctions in March, 72/80 land lots were successfully auctioned with a total revenue of more than 102 billion VND.
