100 million VND/m2 of Thanh Oai auctioned land: 55 lots with deposit have the highest price

Speaking to Dan Tri reporter on the afternoon of September 16, a representative of the Thanh Oai District Land Fund Development Center ( Hanoi ) said that the time to pay for the auction of 68 plots of land in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune has expired. Up to now, only 13 plots have paid in full. Among the plots that have paid in full, the highest plot has a price of more than 55 million VND/m2.

The remaining 55 lots, including the winner of the lot with the highest price of 100.5 million VND/m2, did not pay. Thus, the 55 lots that did not pay the full amount are understood to have abandoned the deposit. This person said that there will be a plan to re-auction 120 days after the decision to cancel the auction. Therefore, Thanh Oai district currently has no plan and time to re-auction the 55 lots that have abandoned the deposit.

Previously, on August 10, Thanh Oai district successfully organized an auction of 68 land plots in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune (Thanh Oai, Hanoi), with an area of ​​60-85m2 with starting prices from 8.6 million VND/m2 to 12.5 million VND/m2. The auction attracted 4,600 applications, but only 4,201 qualified applications from 1,545 people.

Notably, at the end of the auction, the corner lot with the highest winning price was nearly 100.5 million VND/m2, 8 times higher than the starting price. The regular lots had winning prices of 63-80 million VND/m2, 5 to 6.4 times higher than the starting price.

Recently, Thanh Oai District also announced the auction of land use rights for 58 plots of land in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man areas (belonging to ONT-07 and ONT-08 ranges), in Van Quan village, Do Dong commune.

Specifically, the land plots have an area of ​​76.55m2 to 189.73m2; starting price is 5.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to nearly 406 million VND to more than 1 billion VND per plot. Customers participating in the land auction must pay in advance about 81-201 million VND. The form of auction for each land plot is by direct secret ballot once. The auction is expected to be held on the morning of October 5.

In addition, Thanh Oai District People's Committee is also looking for a unit to organize the third auction of land use rights for 73 plots of land in Man Ca, Man Cong, and Ma Man areas. Lot 01 (ONT-01) denotes plots of land from 01 to 20; Lot 02 (ONT-02) denotes plots of land from 21 to 49; Lot 03 (ONT-03) denotes plots of land from 50 to 73. The total area of ​​the plots of land is more than 7,647 m2, with a starting price of 5.3 million VND/m2.
