This compensation amount is calculated from 31 businesses. insurance non-life insurance and 19 life insurance companies. “In the non-life insurance sector, there were 41 health insurance cases, equivalent to an insurance amount of VND2.9 billion; technical property insurance cases were more than 5,700 cases, with a loss of VND11,205 billion; motor vehicle insurance cases were more than 7,500 cases, with a loss of VND209 billion and hull insurance cases were 552 cases, estimated at VND189 billion,” said the Insurance Supervision and Management Department.
