DNO - In Article 15, Decree 238/2025/ND-CP issued on September 3, 2025 by the Government regulating tuition fee policies, exemption, reduction, tuition fee support, learning cost support and service prices in the field of education and training, stipulates 14 cases of tuition fee exemption from the 2025 - 2026 school year.
