(NLDO) - On the evening of July 22, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education announced the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) of admission methods.

Based on the score distribution of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, the Specialized Competency Assessment Exam and the Aptitude Exam organized by the school, the Admissions Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education has announced the minimum scores for admission methods. In particular, each training institution has a different minimum score.

For the admission method using the 2025 high school graduation exam results, the minimum score ranges from 18 to 24 points. Of which, 6 majors with the highest minimum score of 24 points include: mathematics pedagogy, chemistry pedagogy, literature pedagogy, history pedagogy, geography pedagogy, and English pedagogy.

For the admission method using the results of the Specialized Competency Assessment exam combined with high school academic results, the floor score ranges from 17 to 21 points.

In particular, training majors that use the results of the Aptitude Exam for admission include preschool education , physical education, and national defense and security education, ranging from 19 - 20 points (for admission using a combination of the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam) and 17 - 18 points (for admission using a combination of the Specialized Competency Assessment exam).
