6 key tasks to compete to ensure traffic order and safety in Hai Duong

Comrade Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in ensuring traffic order and safety in the province in 2023.

The movement is launched to collectives and individuals of departments, branches, organizations and unions that are member agencies of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, Traffic Safety Committees of districts, towns and cities and deployed to all agencies, units, organizations, unions, enterprises and people in the province.

The content of the movement focuses on implementing well 6 key groups of tasks. That is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and direction, strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of directives, resolutions and plans at all levels on strengthening the work of ensuring road traffic order and safety in the new situation; effectively implement the plan of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee on ensuring traffic safety in 2024. Second, promote the implementation of mechanisms, policies, laws and regulations related to ensuring traffic order and safety, in order to promptly and effectively apply the achievements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution into practice. Third, ensure the progress and quality of key traffic infrastructure investment projects; deploy tasks to improve traffic safety conditions with the traffic infrastructure in operation.

Fourthly, persistently build a culture of traffic safety for organizations and individuals in the process of building and enforcing laws, providing traffic infrastructure, means, transportation services and participating in traffic; innovate propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on ensuring traffic order and safety in the direction of taking behavioral changes as criteria for evaluating results; promote propaganda on social networks and digital infrastructure; advocate and guide the integration of traffic order and safety goals into programs, plans and activities of agencies, units, schools and transport enterprises. Fifthly, continue to improve the capacity, efficiency and effectiveness of management and operation in ensuring traffic order and safety of functional forces and units. Sixthly, improve the capacity of rescue, rescue, treatment of victims and overcoming the consequences of traffic accidents.

The emulation movement will be implemented in 2024.
