On May 1, the patients were admitted to the hospital one after another. The doctor diagnosed intestinal infections, but none of them showed serious symptoms.
Receiving the case, on May 1, the Medical Center and Long Khanh City Health Department also coordinated an inspection at the B.
Through inspection, it was determined that the facility had 4 people selling cakes directly. However, the facility did not have a certificate of food safety qualification, no certificate of training in food safety knowledge, the employees did not have a health certificate, no contract to buy raw materials, most of the raw materials were sourced from stores near the bakery.
